Thank you for purchasing from the African American Arts Insititute eStore, at this time we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders. Please contact us at aaai@iu.edu if you have any issues.
Exchanges:
In order to be eligible for an exchange, please email aaai@iu.edu. To exchange a product it must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition that it was received and undamaged in any way. After we receive the returned product, an exchange will be processed for replacement. Please contact our team at aaai@iu.edu for additional questions.
In-Store Pick up:
Pick up will be located at the Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center (275 N Eagleson Ave), room A310. Customers can pick up orders by appointment only. Customers will receive an email confirmation when orders are ready for pick up. Please schedule a time to pick up orders within two weeks of confirmation.
If orders are not retrieved within 60 days, products will be returned to inventory with no refund. If orders were placed without a shipping request and need to be shipped, please contact us at aaai@iu.edu.
Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using USPS.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at aaai@iu.edu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
- Only shipping to the continental United States currently.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
